CORPORATE, TRUSTS & FOUNDATIONS, MAJOR DONOR ADMINISTRATOR
The Corporate, Trusts & Foundations, Major Donor Administrator is a
very important position for Pieta. A large proportion of the role will
be corporate administration, finance reconciliation of donations,
thanking of donations, prospect research, data analysis, corporate
meetings preparation for the team, as well as lead generation of new
potential partners to support the fundraising team in achieving their
objectives. The role holder will also ensure that data quality is
maintained to the highest standard and will contribute to continuous
improvement working across the corporate fundraising team.

ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES:
* To maintain accurate database files relating to the portfolio,
develop dashboards and reports and upload all supporter data in a
timely manner
* Ensure all funds received are recorded on Salesforce and that
Thank You letters are issued in a timely manner
* Responding to and dealing with high volumes of queries, via
telephone and email, always providing the best possible donor care
experience
* Assist the team with any reports as necessary
* Drive lead generation and prospect identification with regular
progress reporting to your line manager
* Conduct detailed research on potential new corporate, major gifts
and foundation funders and support the team on any administrative
support needed
* Regular sharing of prospect pipeline with line manager
* Be accountable for leads and prospect follow-up generated by other
channels, support and report activities through the CRM database
* Support the team to nurture and maintain good relationships with
existing and prospective funders through good communication and
monitoring methods
* Create digital and hard copy materials to support project
monitoring by funders and to keep them up to date on Pieta?s work
* Calling and thanking the companies who have donated to Pieta and
recording all information on Salesforce
* Ensuring all data is inputted to salesforce, including logging
calls, thank you letters and donations
* To keep up to date with the legislative requirements and codes of
practice related to your work
* Keep up to date with the work of Pieta
* Support larger fundraising team when necessary
EDUCATION, SKILLS & EXPERIENCE :
* Certificate/diploma in Administration or Business studies
* A minimum of 2 years? experience in a corporate, trust &
foundation and major gift fundraising administration role
* Expertise in researching and prospecting new supporters
* Excellent planning, organizational and project management skills
with the ability to prioritise a heavy workload and meet deadlines
* Experience of producing reports and insight from fundraising data
sets
* Experience working with a CRM, preferably Salesforce
* Excellent IT skills including use of Microsoft Office Outlook,
Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
* Can work independently as well as part of a team
* Proven professional communication skills with excellent attention
to detail
* Initiative and focus to carry out the research and administration
function of this role
* Experience working with databases and supporter journeys
* Have a passion for fundraising and enjoy administration tasks
* Ability and willingness to travel nationally, when required
